(We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 23 September 2025 and 29 September 2025 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.)

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 October 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for an extension of time of 6 months until 13 April 2026 pursuant to Paragraph 8.03(5) of the Listing Requirements in view that the Proposals are expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Further announcement will be made upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities regarding the application.
