The Board of Directors of GIIB Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Shah Alam High Court (“the Court”) has on 7 October 2025 dismissed the Respondent’s Stay of Proceeding application [Enclosure 59] with costs of RM5,000.00.
However, the Court has allowed the filing of the Contributor's Additional Affidavit.
The Court has fixed the hearing date on 13 January 2026.
