The Board of Directors of Pekat (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Pekat Solar Sdn. Bhd. (“Pekat Solar”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 October 2025 executed an engineering, procurement and construction contract (“Contract”) with a company (“Main Contractor”) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of a 63 megawatt AC (“MWac”) large scale solar photovoltaic energy generating facility located at Kulai, Johor (“Contract Works”).
