We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 50,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of Greatech Technology Berhad by way of market making.

The GREATEC-C28 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GREATEC-C28 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2024. The GREATEC-C28 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 18 October 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 24 January 2025, Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 22 May 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 July 2025 and the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 12 September 2025 .
