Reference is made to the announcement dated 23 September 2025 whereby, AmInvestment Bank had, on behalf of the Board of Directors of KDB ("Board"), announced that the Company proposes to undertake the following:

(i) proposed cash distribution of an indicative RM55,417,432 via a special cash dividend on the basis of RM0.448 per ordinary share in KDB held by the shareholders of KDB whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of KDB on an entitlement date to be determined and announced at a later date ("Proposed Distribution"); and

(ii) proposed voluntary withdrawal of KDB from the Official List of the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") pursuant to Paragraph 16.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Distribution,

(collectively referred to as the "Proposals").

The Company will make the necessary announcements in relation to the Proposals, where required in due course. 

Save for the above, there are no further updates on the PN16 status of the Company.
