OFFERING OF UP TO 15,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF FRONTKEN CORPORATION BERHAD ("FRONTKN") ("FRONTKN-C47")

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 15,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of FRONTKN by way of market making.


The FRONTKN-C47 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The FRONTKN-C47 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The FRONTKN-C47 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under FRONTKN-C47 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
