On behalf of the Board of Directors of KDB, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
(i) a proposed cash distribution of an indicative RM55,417,432 via a special cash dividend on the basis of RM0.448 per ordinary share in KDB held by the shareholders of KDB whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of KDB on an entitlement date to be determined and announced at a later date ("Proposed Distribution"); and
(ii) proposed voluntary withdrawal of KDB from the Official List of the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") pursuant to Paragraph 16.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Distribution.
