We refer to our announcement on 5 August 2025 that Bursa Securities has granted the Company a period of six months from 5 March 2025 to 4 September 2025 to comply with the Public Security Holding Spread Requirement. Subsequent to this, the Company has applied to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time to comply with the requirement.

We are pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has via its letter dated 19 September 2025 resolved to grant LTKM a further extension of time of six (6) months until 4 March 2026 to comply with the Public Security Holding Spread Requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the MMLR.

The Company has engaged a principal advisor, M&A Securities Sdn. Bhd. to provide professional service regarding proposals to rectify the Public Security Holding Spread Requirement. On 22 September 2025, the Board has met to consider the proposals and among others will continue to use the time to engage with the substantial shareholders to rectify the Public Security Holding Spread.

The Company's Public Security Holding Spread is 18.33% as at the date of this announcement.
