Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 18 June 2025, 5 August 2025, 21 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 29 August 2025 and 3 September 2025 in relation to the Proposed Special Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Farm Price Holdings, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad (“AIS”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, vide its letter dated 19 September 2025, approved the listing and quotation of up to 65,571,429 new ordinary shares in Farm Price Holdings representing up to approximately 8.85% of the issued shares of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Special Issue subject to the following conditions:

1. Farm Price Holdings and AIS must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Special Issue;
2. Farm Price Holdings and AIS to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Special Issue; and
3. Farm Price Holdings to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Special Issue is completed.
