- PROPOSED ACQUISITION ON AN EN BLOC BASIS OF A 9-STOREY OFFICE TOWER MEASURING 43,475 SQUARE FEET LOCATED AT OLD KLANG ROAD, KUALA LUMPUR FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE CONSIDERATION OF RM29,500,000.00 BY MAXIM

The Board of Directors of Maxim wishes to announce that MAXIM had on 12 September 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Magna Tiara Development Sdn Bhd to acquire on an en bloc basis of a 9-storey office tower, known as Southbank Block 6, measuring approximately 43,475 square feet (or 4,039 square meter) in total area, located at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur on an ‘as is where is’ basis free from any and all encumbrances for a total purchase consideration of RM29,500,000.
