The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that there was a fire incident at the coconut processing facility of Fujian HJS International Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Fujian HJS”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, located in Fuqing City, Fujian Province, China on 8 September 2025. The fire incident did not cause any casualty and injury to any Fujian HJS staff.

As the Fire Department’s investigations into the cause of the fire are on-going, Fujian HJS is unable to assess if there is any damage to its processing facility and to determine the financial and operational impact due to the fire incident.

To mitigate the operational impact, Fujian HJS is outsourcing the coconut processing operations to a manufacturer in the vicinity.

The Board will make further announcements on the actual losses incurred by Fujian HJS from the fire incident upon completion of the investigations and assessment by the authorities and the Company.
