OTHERS LTKM BERHAD ("LTKM" OR "COMPANY") Pursuant to paragraph 9.20 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the aggregate value of the acquisitions in quoted securities by the Company for the past 12 months to 8 September 2025 which have not been previously announced amounted to RM17.86 million. The total acquisition consideration of RM17.86 million represented 5.39% of the Group's Net Assets as at 31 March 2025.
