We refer to the Company's announcement made on 15 May 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs. ChengCo PLT (“ChengCo”) as Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of GIIB HOLDINGS BERHAD  wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 September 2025 received the consent to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT.

Hence,  Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial period from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
