The Board of Directors of BEDI wishes to announce that Mr. Paramjit Singh Gill a/l Gurdev Singh has resigned as the member of the Sustainability Committee ("SC") and Mr. Yap Yen Chien has been appointed as the new member of the SC with effective from 2 September 2025.

 

Following this change, the composition of the SC is as follows:-

  1. Datuk Christopher Chin Soo Yin, JP (Chairman) - Independent Non-Executive Chairman
  2. Ms. Lita (Member) - Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer
  3. Mr. Yap Yen Chien (Member) - Independent Non-Executive Director
