Further to the Company's announcements made on 3 February 2025, 28 February 2025 and 29 May 2025 pertaining to the MOU entered into between LKLIM and YKEP for the purpose of exploring opportunities in providing hospital beds, medical equipment, healthcare education, and digital transformation for military hospitals in Indonesia, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously.
