Reference is made to the announcements dated 12 November 2024, 19 November 2024, 26 November 2024 and 15 January 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
We refer to the Announcements and the shareholders' approval of the Proposals on 22 May 2025.
On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad (“Affin Hwang IB”) wishes to announce that the Company would like to provide an update on the progress of the Proposals.
After careful deliberation between the Company and Affin Hwang IB, the Company has made the decision to postpone the implementation of the Proposals until further notice. The Company remains fully committed to pursue the Proposals and will make relevant announcements in respect of the Proposals in due course in accordance with the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
