1. INTRODUCTION


Further to the announcement dated 21 July 2022, 5 December 2022, 16 February 2023, 25 August 2023, 24 June 2024, 21 February 2025, 28 February 2025 and 30 June 2025 regarding the Proposed New Plant Construction, the Board wishes to announce that the contract with Honfuak as the main contractor for the Proposed New Plant Construction is deemed fulfilled and concluded. The Proposed New Plant Construction is deemed fully completed, with an updated certificate of completion and compliance being issued on 25 August 2025.
