Further to the Company’s announcement dated 20 June 2025, the Board of Directors of MAXIM wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal on 22 August 2025 has allowed the Company’s application to vacate the stay given by the Kuala Lumpur High Court on 17 June 2025. The Court of Appeal further declared that the Order for stay given by the Kuala Lumpur High Court was a 'nullity ab initio' or in another word was void from the beginning. Consequently, MAXIM will now be able to proceed with the development unimpeded.
