Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities”), AMH wishes to announce that on 15 August 2025, offers in respect of new ordinary shares in the share capital of AMH (“Shares”) were made to the eligible employees of AMH and its subsidiaries (excluding dormant subsidiaries) (“Eligible Employees”) under the AMH Long Term Incentive Plan (“Scheme”) based on the 5-day weighted average market price of the Shares immediately preceding the date of the offer. The details of the Shares offered to the Eligible Employees under the Scheme are set out in Annexure A attached hereto.
