We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 2 May 2025 on the captioned matter (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on even date received a notice from Bursa Securities on the Decision to De-list, the details are summarized as follows:

1. To defer the de-listing of MCOM provided that the Company announces the annual audited financial statements together with the information set out in Part B of Appendix 6A as well as the auditors’ and directors’ reports for the 18-month financial period ended 30 June 2024 (“AFS 2024”) on or before 31 August 2025 as represented by the Company; and
2. To de-list MCOM pursuant to Rules 6.14(5) & 8.09(1)(a) of the LEAP LR in the event the Company fails to issue the AFS 2024 on or before 31 August 2025. In this respect, the securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of the 2 market days from the date the Company is notified by Bursa Securities or on such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities.
