Reference is made to the earlier announcements in respect of the aforesaid matter dated 7 July 2025, 8 July 2025 and 9 July 2025 respectively (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that at the case management held on 15 July 2025, the Court had vacated the hearing previously fixed on 31 July 2025. The parties shall file their own affidavit in opposition, affidavit in reply, written submission and submission in reply respectively.
The Court has fixed the next case management date on 12 August 2025 via e-review and the hearing date on 15 October 2025 via Zoom.
The Company will make further announcement on future developments of the above matter accordingly.
