We refer to the previous announcement dated 15 July 2025 in relation to the non-compliance with public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.

The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the above matter.

On 18, 23 and 25 July 2025, LTKM had applied to Bursa Malaysia seeking an extension of time for a period of 6 months from 5 March 2025 to 4 September 2025 to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement ("EOT Application"). Bursa Malaysia had, vide its letter dated 4 August 2025, resolved to approve LTKM's EOT Application to comply with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement. The approved EOT shall be for a period of 6 months from 5 March 2025 to 4 September 2025.

To date the Company has not yet formulated a rectification plan to address the shortfall in the minimum public shareholding spread requirements. Although no rectification plan has been formulated to date, the substantial shareholders of the Company have been informed of the non-compliance with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement and were advised to consider taking the necessary corrective actions to rectify the non-compliance.

The Company's Public Shareholding Spread is 19.626% as at the date of this announcement.
