The Company had previously entered into a few Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature with CUCKOO Homesys Co., Ltd (“CKH”). Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the aggregated value of these RRPTs entered with CKH, as detailed in the attachment, during the period from 24 June 2025 to 29 July 2025 had exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of the audited consolidated net assets of the Company as at 31 December 2024.
