Further to our announcements made on 14 October 2024, 14 November 2024, 27 November 2024, 30 December 2024, 27 January 2025, 27 February 2025, 28 March 2025, 30 April 2025, 29 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 the Board of Directors of KDB wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of assessing and evaluating plans for acquisition of viable businesses or assets ("Proposal"). Any further development on the Proposal will be announced accordingly. The Company has approximately three (3) months to submit the Proposal to Securities Commission for approval. This announcement is dated 30 July 2025. |
