We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 23 July 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter.
 

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

 

1.

Net book value of the Land based on latest audited financial statements of Penang Development Corporation.

2.

A statement whether any valuation was conducted on the Land. If yes, to provide the salient features of the valuation report, and the time and place where such valuation report may be inspected.

3.

Particulars of any guarantees to be assumed by TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd/TTVHB, arising from the Proposed Lease.

4.

Expected commencement and completion dates of the development of the new manufacturing facility.

5.

Sources of funds to finance the development cost of the new manufacturing facility.

6.

A statement whether the Proposed Lease is subject to approval of the shareholders of TTVHB.

7.

Estimated time frame for the submissions to the State Authority.
