We attach herewith the announcement made on 25 July 2025 to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") by Parkson Retail Asia Limited ("PRA"), a 67.96% owned subsidiary of Parkson Holdings Berhad ("PHB" or the "Company") listed on the SGX-ST, in relation to the dissolution of Parkson Trends Sdn Bhd ("Parkson Trends"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of Parkson Corporation Sdn Bhd which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRA.

The Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") had on 23 July 2025 notified that Parkson Trends had, following its application for striking off in March 2025, been struck off from the CCM's register and dissolved on 16 July 2025 pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016.

The dissolution of Parkson Trends does not have a material impact on the earnings of the PHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and the net assets of the PHB Group based on the audited consolidated statement of financial position of the Company as at 31 December 2024.
