Reference is made to the earlier announcements made by the Company regarding the Private Placement dated 26 October 2023, 10 November 2023, 24 November 2023, 22 December 2023, 24 January 2024, 6 February 2024, 16 February 2024, 19 February 2024, 24 April 2024, 6 May 2024 and 7 May 2024, as well as the circular to shareholders dated 7 December 2023.

The Board of Directors of Eupe has on 24 July 2025 approved the extension of the time for the full utilisation of the proceeds raised from the Private Placement.
