The Board of Directors of TT Vision Holdings Berhad ("TTVHB") wishes to announce that TT Vision Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("TT Vision"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTVHB, had on 23 July 2025 entered into a conditional Lease Agreement with the Penang Development Corporation, a body corporate incorporated pursuant to the Penang Development Corporation Enactment 1971 to lease all that piece of land measuring approximately 3.600 acres or 14,569.00 square metres, known as Plot 81A at Bayan Lepas Industrial Park over a term of sixty (60) years for the total consideration of RM25,090,560 upon the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
