The Board of Directors of Perstima wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Forty-Seventh ("47th") Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate will take effect from the date of passing of the relevant resolutions at the forthcoming 47th AGM of the Company until the conclusion of the next AGM in year 2026.

Details of the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders of the Company which will be made available to shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 in due course.
