We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KGB by way of market making. The KGB-CS is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The KGB-CS is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. The KGB-CS is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 11 April 2025 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 June 2025. The obligations of CLSASM under KGB-CS are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 28 March 2025. A summary of the principal terms of KGB-CS is set out in the attachment.
