Coraza Integrated Technology Bhd (CIT) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Coraza Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd, has agreed to acquire an industrial property in Nibong Tebal, Penang, for RM13.5mil in cash from GB Plas Colours Sdn Bhd.
