The Board of Directors of CN Asia Corporation Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has received a notice in writing ("Notice") on 13 June 2025 from Messrs. Chengco PLT ("Chengco") on their resignation as the External Auditors of the Company and the Group with effect from 13 June 2025. 
 
The resignation of Chengco was due to the suspension of their registration with the Audit Oversight Board of the Securities Commission of Malaysia from auditing public interest entities. 

The Company is in the midst of identifying the new auditors to be appointed pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016. 
 
Save for the above, the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
