 i) A WAIVER FROM COMPLYING WITH PARAGRAPH 8.04(3)(a) OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("MAIN LR") TO SUBMIT AND IMPLEMENT A REGULARISATION PLAN:

 ii) AN UPLIFTMENT FROM BEING CLASSIFIED AS AN 8.03A AFFECTED LISTED ISSUER

We refer to the announcements dated 12 March 2026 and 27 March 2026 in relation to the Waiver and Upliftment Application and Extension of Time ("EOT") application..

 

The Board of Directors of MJPERAK wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has approved, via its letter dated 18 May 2026, the Company's application for a waiver from complying with Para 8.04(3)(a) of the Main LR to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities . Accordingly, the EOT application is "dismissed as academic".

 

The upliftment of MJPERAK from being classified as an Affected Listed Issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03 A of the Main LR will be effective from 9.00 a.m. Tuesday, 19 May 2026.
