The Board of Directors of DFX wishes to announce that Messrs. TGS TW PLT ("TGS") had on 18 March 2026 tendered their resignation as external auditors of the Company and its subsidiary companies pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 and its term of office as auditors shall take effect from the date of the notice of resignation.

The Board is not aware of any matters relating to the resignation of TGS that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of DFX.

The Board has approved in principle the appointment of Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT as the new auditors of DFX Group of companies to fill the casual vacancy subject to the receipt of their consent to act.

Further announcement will be made once the Company has received the consent to act from Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT.
