We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 17 November 2023 for the SNS Acquisitions, SNS Disposals, MGRC Acquisitions and MGRC Disposals.
On 19 August 2025, on behalf of the Board of Directors of MGRC (“Board”), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M & A Securities”) has announced that the Company is required to seek ratifications from its shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened for the SNS Acquisitions, SNS Disposals, MGRC Acquisitions and MGRC Disposals.
Accordingly, on behalf of the Board, M & A Securities wishes to announce that MGRC shall seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Ratifications.
